Scott has more than 20 years experience in kitchen design working with architects, developers, owners and operators to develop innovative, efficient and cost effective kitchen design solutions. As a formally trained chef and experienced restaurant and hotel operator, he fully understands the inner workings of commercial kitchens and laundry facilities and the importance of strategic planning and design. Scott’s MBA training from The George Washington University provides the additional business acumen needed to ensure that your design and planning requirements are fully aligned with your budget, concept and strategy. He knows The Design Difference’s clients are unique and so are their needs. Through over two hundred foodservice design projects across various industries, Scott has proven his ability to customize services and solutions to meet and exceed each of his client’s needs.
