A two story food incubator and collaborate culinary work space developed to allow food entrepreneurs to be more efficient, creative, and successful. The foodservice design services included 16 flexible cooking stations, 25 prep stations, kosher kitchen, USDA kitchen, bakery, dry storage and refrigeration/freezer complexes on two levels, pot and dishwashing stations on both levels and a test kitchen.
